Sudden Heaven
Sudden Heaven is a 100 x 100 cm original expressionist abstract oil painting by Simon Kenny. A masterful and radiant study of celestial light in a modern square format, available for private acquisition, gallery placement, and international delivery.
Description
Sudden Heaven is a masterful original contemporary painting by the award-winning artist Simon Kenny. This 100 x 100 cm square canvas represents a pivotal enquiry into the “Lyrical Sublime,” capturing an explosive, instantaneous moment of light breaking through an atmospheric void.
In this work, the viewer experiences a visceral sense of “Radiant Clarity.” True to Kenny’s signature style, the painting avoids the literal, instead using layered oils and gestural brushwork to evoke a feeling of spiritual or cosmic arrival. The square proportions provide a modern, balanced frame for the volatile energy within, creating a sense of “Luminous Symmetry” that anchors any room it inhabits. It is an invitation to an individual experience—a personal glimpse into a realm of transcendental beauty.
Gallery Perspective and Architectural Integration The 100 cm square format is highly favoured by interior architects for its versatility, making Sudden Heaven an ideal centerpiece for contemporary living spaces, luxury master suites, or professional galleries. Its ability to “illuminate” a space without relying on traditional representational forms makes it a premier choice for collectors drawn to emotionally-charged abstraction.
As Simon Kenny’s work continues to be picked up by prestigious galleries such as Clarendon Fine Art and Whitewall Galleries, pieces of this tonal intensity represent a secure transactional opportunity. This painting offers a robust investment in the “Contemporary Sublime,” carrying the hallmark of an artist whose provenance is cemented in major private and public collections worldwide.
